“The first Gold’s Gym opened in fall 1965 in Venice Beach, California.[4] Dubbed “the Mecca of bodybuilding”, it was frequented by Arnold Schwarzenegger[5] and Dave Draper[6] and featured in the 1977 movie Pumping Iron. The movie brought attention not only to the gym itself, but also to the world of bodybuilding and physique in general. To this day, it is considered a landmark in the bodybuilding subculture.[7] and has achieved cult status[8] In 1970, Joe Gold sold the chain.”

“My goal is to give you the best tools in any type of medium possible that will help you improve yourself to reach your full potential. For me, working out is not just lifting things and putting them down. It’s about self-improvement, and its one of the best ways I’ve been able to connect with myself and become a better human being in all facets of my life.” – Marc Fitt

I’m a 23-year-old fitness model, personal trainer, sponsored athlete, entrepreneur, public speaker, and international social activist from Montreal, Canada.
First of all, I want to thank you for expressing interest by visiting my website! I usually don’t like talking about what I’ve done and about who I am — I’d much rather let my actions speak for themselves. That’s why I’m working really hard to be everywhere and help others.
But for those who don’t know me, here’s a quick summary:

In the last three years I’ve been able to become one of the top fitness models in the world by inspiring millions of people with my videos, pictures, quotes, articles and with all kinds of content I can share. I’m also very proud of being so young, yet making my mark in this world. Right now my online videos has been viewed over 17 million times on YouTube, I’m the fitness columnist of Global TV in Montreal and I’m also the CEO of Beyond Yourself Clothing (BYC). BYC is the first foundation I created to give back to young orphan children who need help. Every time an item is purchased I give $2 to Worldwide Orphans. I’m really proud of it. It’s the first foundation I’m helping, but certainly not the last! I’m hoping this has helped you create an image of me. If you need anything, just ask and it will be my pleasure to help you out.

BODY BY ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER

Posted: August 21, 2014 in Uncategorized

A solid training program built on basic movements will take you far, but intensity level separates the alpha wolf from the rest of the pack. “Always go all-out in every set,” Arnold says. “Don’t save yourself for the next set. That’s a mistake that a lot of people make.” Your hour in the gym is no time to “take it easy.” Every rep and every set must be done with intensity because each one is propelling you toward your goals.

Here are some of Schwarzenegger’s favorite exercises for building an Olympia-ready physique.

CHEST
“There are three chest exercises that should always be done,” Arnold says. “The bench press, the incline bench press at different angles, and the dumbbell flye.”

Arnold was known for the size, shape, and extreme width of his chest, which he credits to an extreme stretch on the flye. “The flye is the exercise that gave me the full pectoral muscle development,” he says.

BACK
“For back, I did chin-ups, bent-over barbell and dumbbell rows, and the T-bar row. Any kind of rowing movement will give you that thickness. Those are the exercises I relied on from the beginning of my career to the end.”

If you already have rows in your regimen, do them without anything supporting your chest. “There are a lot of bodybuilders who have a deficiency in their lower back. You have to let your body free and let the lower back hold you up while you’re doing the bent-over rowing,” Arnold says, “because that’s what gives you strength and thickness in your lower back.”
